Shipping & Delivery
  • Once you place an order it will be dispatched within 48-72hrs and will be handed over to the courier for delivery. However, sometimes the order is delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns), or during sales due to overwhelming response. It could take 5-10 working days for an order to be delivered to the doorstep (depending on the customer’s location)
  • Domestic Delivery within 3-5 working days
  • During the Sale Period, Orders may be delivered in 5-7 working days
  • We reserve the right to cancel the orders any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing, or technical errors
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded
  • Due to the differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason
  • Exchange or refund of any products will take place if the products received have any manufacturing defect
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect
  • Exchanges for ZVEZDA products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or if the product you received was damaged in any way. Apart from that, there’s no exchange
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@galleryzvezda.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved
  • If approved, we’ll issue an exchange of the article returned
  • Zvezda makes sure that all its customers are satisfied, so we offer you the opportunity to exchange one product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity:
  • Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
  • If any product purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked-down price
  • The product is in a re-saleable condition
  • Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and the garment is unused with original packaging, labels, and protective stickers attached

We do replenish articles on our e-store (online) unless they have sold out entirely.

Although we take extra precautions to ensure that each order is in mint condition, should an unfortunate mishap occur, you can get in touch with our customer support at info@shopwithzvezda.com to return the item or exchange it for the correct order.

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you from Zvezda to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.
